小时候在农村的“野炊”，你都烤过什么？

第一：烤土豆

我生于南方，我的家乡地处云贵高原，到处都是大山，我们的房屋大多都是依山傍水而建，这为我们童年玩耍提供了天然的游乐场。我在外婆生活过几年，每到暑假我们所有的小伙伴都会约着去离家不远的大山上烤土豆，每个人各自带着自己的零食以及水，一些人负责带土豆，我们家乡的人都十分酷爱吃土豆，我们平时除了米饭几乎上就是以土豆为主了。在农村每家每户都一定是会种植土豆这种农作物的，我们平时都管土豆叫洋芋（马铃薯）。我们在野外就开始在森林里捡一些枯枝，然后找一块比较开阔且周围没有枯草和树木的空地，开始生火，等火烧一会儿就把土豆放上去，让它自己在火力烧二十多分钟左右就可以吃了，我们会用活的松树的朵轻轻翻打烤熟的土豆，这样它表面那一层黑黑的皮就会掉了，随便再用手剥去没打到的地方就可以吃了，简直就是纯天然，无添加，吃了身体棒棒哒！

第二：烤鱼

小时候我家门前有一天大河，每到夏天我们就跑去河边玩，我们经常一玩就是一天，小时候家长不让玩水，说是会得风湿病，那个时候从来就不在乎。就想玩水，想方设法躲着爸妈偷偷和小伙伴下河。我们夏天会去河里抓泥鳅，还会带着渔网去河里捉鱼，我们一般都是在水比较浅的地方，有水性比较好和年纪大一点的哥哥姐姐就会潜到水深的地方，那是可崇拜他们了。我们会把捉道德鱼就在河边架起火堆就烤熟吃了，很简单就撒点盐和辣椒面就开吃，我们都只是烤比较小的鱼，大的会带回去给你妈妈做成菜一起吃，特别小的我们会把它养起来。现在回去河里捞鱼的小孩也没有了，大家都去玩自己的布娃娃和赛车了，不知是好还是坏。

第三：烤鸡

那个时候看多了射雕英雄传，看见洪七公吃着黄蓉烤的鸡，我们一个个的馋的不要不要的，老想吃了，后来琢磨了好几天，就开始动手了。爷爷知道以后臭骂我们一顿以后，第二天就带我们去河边了，不知道爷爷是怎么弄的，超级无敌好吃。当时爷爷说他那是祖传秘方，不能给别人知道，所以让我们每个人都守住一个方向，绝对不能让人过来，我们为了吃到好吃的就足足守了两个多小时，后来被香味诱惑就玩忽职守了，又让爷一顿臭骂，说我们没有出息。我们就坐在河滩上等着爷爷给我们分鸡肉，那是我这辈子吃过最香的烤鸡，至今都没有忘掉。今年是爷爷离开的第十年，时间好快啊！再也没有机会被爷爷臭骂了，真怀念小时候啊！

很多年后我都会记得那些曾经陪伴我烤土豆，烤鱼，烤鸡的人，那是我最的时光。
